Commemorative Series, circa 4th-5th century. Half Siliqua (Silver, 13 mm, 1.06 g, 6 h), Constantinopolis. Draped bust of Roma to left, wearing crested Attic helmet; all within pelleted circle. Rev. Large P within pelleted circle. Bendall, Anonymous silver, RN 158 (2002), Type 3. Cohen VII, -. Ramskold, Coins and medallions (2011), p. 146, fig. 13D (this coin). RIC -. RSC -. Extremely rare. Nicely toned. Light marks and with two very minor spots of corrosion on the reverse, otherwise, good very fine.

This type, with Roma left and P on the reverse, was dated by Bendall to 330. It is here regarded as later, perhaps contemporary with Bendall's Type 7.
